What We Do in New Haven

New Haven sits just east of Fort Wayne along US-30 and the Maumee, close enough that there is no travel premium and no waiting for a gap in the schedule. It is an easy morning start for us.

The housing stock here leans toward mid-century ranches and later additions, which in practice means a lot of interior repaints, cabinet refinishing, and siding and trim work rather than large-scale restoration.
